Two types of data are processed when using our application:

A. Data You Provide Directly (Account and Profile Information):

Registration Information: Your name, email address, and password entered when creating your Risely account.
Daily Reflections: Your goals, progress notes, and written answers during sessions with your mentor.

B. Automatically Collected Technical Data:

Device Information: Device model, operating system version (iOS/Android), and unique device identifier.
Error and Crash Logs: Anonymous crash reports collected to troubleshoot issues.
Purchase History: Transaction ID and package type processed to verify your subscription status. We never see or store your credit card or payment information.

3. Core Principle: Local Storage (On-Device Priority)

Risely is designed with an "on-device first" architecture for maximum privacy. Your daily session history, reflection-based notes, earned badges, and progress level are primarily kept in your device's secure local storage. When you delete the app from your device, this local data will be permanently deleted.

4. Purposes and Legal Grounds for Data Processing

Your personal data is processed to create user accounts, construct your personalized roadmap, generate custom analyses in mentoring sessions, verify subscriptions, and troubleshoot crashes.

5. Third Parties and Data Transfer

To provide our services, a limited amount of data is transferred to cloud infrastructure providers and AI service providers. These transfers do not include personal information that directly identifies you.

6. Your Rights Under KVKK and GDPR

Under local and international data protection laws, you have the right to learn if your data is processed, request correction of incomplete data, and request complete deletion of your account (Right to be Forgotten). You can contact us via email to exercise these rights.
